The Answer Station is a courtesy service offered during both conference days of getAwareLive! Conference attendees are encouraged to swing by for a 5-minute chat, on a variety of Aware related topics, with any one of our experts. Longer conversations, for more extensive questions, can also be scheduled at the Answer Station. This service is designed to give attendees invaluable 1-on-1 time, that they may not get in another setting, with a member of Alliance staff. All questions are welcome! For our conference, we’ve actually negotiated a hotel room rate for our guests that’s lower than government discounts! And since the food is included in your conference registration fee, you can put your government ID card away.
Meals and food provided with registration: Lunch, Breakfast and coffee/tea breaks all four days plus one evening reception (appetizers) on Tuesday and one dinner on Wednesday.
There is a free shuttle provided once an hour between the airport to the hotel. All other events are located within the hotel and no transportation is required.
This is a great option if you would like personal family or friends to attend evening sessions with you.
You may purchase a guest pass for evening sessions ahead of time by contacting us or at the door for $100. This pays for your guest’s dinner and covers the evening sessions July 25 & 26.
