Biography

Karen Dunn has more than 15 years of experience leading rehabilitation programs at state agencies. She currently manages Aware customer services for Alliance Enterprises. Aware is Alliance’s case management software used by 37 state agencies and 24 tribal nations. More than 12,000 counselors use the software to help find and maintain meaningful work for people with disabilities.

At Alliance, Karen leads the account management and training teams that improve the experience of customers. Her teams communicate with Aware customers, providing support for new implementations and custom training. She also contributes to vendor management programs.

Previously, Karen was Operations Director at the Department of Assistance of Rehabilitative Services in Austin, Texas between 2011 and 2015. And she served at Oklahoma’s Department of Rehabilitation Services for more than 10 years in progressively responsible program leadership roles.

Karen holds a Bachelor of Science from University of Central Oklahoma.
