What is getAwareLive?

It’s an annual event, hosted by Alliance Enterprises, that brings together professionals in the vocational rehabilitation (VR), disability advocacy, workforce and technology industries.

Participants are informed and inspired by keynote speeches, training sessions and knowledge sharing among peers. If you’re in the workforce or the VR community you won’t want to miss this unique gathering of leaders and experts.

Who is hosting the event?

Alliance Enterprises is a fun little Inc. 5000 technology company in the Seattle area that’s been around for more than 30 years. We’re passionate about the work we do because we know it makes a huge difference in people’s lives who we really care about.

We provide the market-leading software program, called Aware, to vocational rehabilitation state agencies around the country. Aware is used by 37 state agencies to manage case-loads.

The event sounds great, but how do I sell this to my manager to get approval?

How much does it cost?

We have different packages ranging from pre-conference training sessions only to the whole enchilada (two days of pre-training and two action-packed conference days). See the registration page and the accommodation page for all details.

Where’s the event?

In Dallas, conveniently located at the Sheraton DFW Airport Hotel. All the conference activities will be on-site at the Sheraton.

We’ve blocked rooms for the event and group rates are available until July 10. Visit the accommodation page for direct access to these rooms.

What discounts are available with my Government ID?

Government employee discounts are available for room accommodations at the Sheraton DFW Airport Hotel (where the conference is hosted). Visit our accommodations page for direct access to these discounts.

Are meals included with the cost of the conference?

Meals and food provided with registration: Lunch, Breakfast and coffee/tea breaks all four days plus one evening reception (appetizers) on Tuesday and one dinner on Wednesday. Room rate with government discount is $135 per night.

Is there provided transportation from airport to hotel?

There is a free shuttle provided once an hour between the airport to the hotel. All other events are located within the hotel and no transportation is required.
